SMS Terms & Conditions

By separately and affirmatively consenting for example, by checking the optional SMS consent box on a Product Of Work form, or by verbally agreeing during a call with our team or AI receptionist you agree to receive SMS and MMS text messages from Product Of Work from the mobile number you provide. Providing your mobile number alone does not automatically enroll you in text messaging; SMS consent is a separate, optional action.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may decline SMS consent and still submit the underlying form or complete your service request.

Based on the consent you provide, the messages you may receive include:

• Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations;
• Follow-up messages after a call or form submission;
• Missed-call notifications;
• Customer-service and project-related communications;
• Billing reminders and account notifications; and
• Replies to messages you send us.

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages unless you have separately and explicitly opted in to receive them.

You may opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. We will confirm your opt-out and stop sending further messages covered by that opt-out, unless we are permitted or required to send service-critical or account-related messages under applicable law. Standard opt-out keywords such as UNSTOP or CANCEL may also be recognized where supported by your carrier.

After you opt out, we will not send further messages covered by that opt-out unless you subsequently provide valid consent again.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Your mobile number is shared with our messaging provider (Twilio) and downstream wireless carriers only as needed to deliver messages to you. Your SMS consent is never sold, rented, transferred, exchanged, or provided to lead generators or unrelated businesses.
