Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Product Of Work ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, the choices you have, and the steps we take to protect it — including how SMS text messaging works and how to opt out.

1. Introduction

Product Of Work ("Product Of Work," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at productof.work and its related web applications, client portals, forms, scheduling tools, and online services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you visit our website, submit a form, schedule a consultation, complete a project intake, use our client portal, or otherwise interact with our Services. Product Of Work is a technology services company that builds and manages websites, software, CRM, automation, and AI tools for businesses. We are not a healthcare provider, law firm, financial institution, or other regulated entity, and nothing here should be read as a claim of that kind.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as certain technical information collected automatically. The categories of information we may collect include:
  • Identification and contact information — such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number (including mobile number) when you provide them through our contact form, consult scheduling form, project intake, client portal, or by communicating with us.
  • Business and project information — such as your industry, business description, services needed, goals, challenges, timeline, budget, current systems, and uploaded files, which you provide through intake forms, project planning tools, or client communications.
  • Communication content — the content of messages, calls, and other communications you exchange with us or with our AI receptionist, including transcriptions and call notes used to provide and improve our services.
  • Account information — when you create or are invited to a client portal account, information needed to administer your access, such as your name, email, and role.
  • Technical and usage information — such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and similar information collected automatically when you use our website and Services.
  • Form submissions — information you submit through any form on our website, including the injury case evaluation form, lead capture tools, and feedback forms.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of data such as Social Security numbers, credit card numbers (payment details are handled by our payment processors, described below), or government identification numbers through our forms. We only collect the information that is necessary to provide the Services you request.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate, provide, and improve our Services, including to:
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the services or information you request;
  • Manage projects, client relationships, and the work we perform for you;
  • Operate our client portals and provide account access;
  • Communicate with you about your project, services, appointments, and account;
  • Schedule and confirm consultations and appointments;
  • Send notifications you have requested or agreed to receive, including by email and, where you have separately consented, by text message;
  • Provide customer support and resolve issues;
  • Improve our website, Services, and the quality of our communications;
  • Maintain the security of our Services, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our terms; and
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. SMS / Text Message Communications

With your separate, affirmative consent, Product Of Work may send SMS and MMS text messages to the mobile number you provide. Mobile numbers are collected only when you voluntarily provide them through a Product Of Work form, intake process, client portal, or by communicating with us. Providing your mobile number alone does not automatically enroll you in text messaging.

Based on the consent you give at the point of opt-in, the messages you may receive can include:

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations;
  • Follow-up messages after a call or form submission;
  • Missed-call notifications;
  • Customer-service and project-related communications;
  • Billing reminders and account notifications; and
  • Replies to messages you send us.

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages unless you have separately and explicitly consented to receive them. Not every person who provides a phone number will receive text messages — you receive only the types of messages for which you have given consent.

5. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Mobile Number for Marketing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

This commitment applies to all mobile numbers and SMS consent information collected through our Services. Your SMS consent is not sold, rented, transferred, exchanged, or provided to lead generators or unrelated businesses for their marketing. Nothing elsewhere in this Privacy Policy is intended to weaken or contradict this statement.

7. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Product Of Work and the messaging program for which you have opted in. You will only receive messages relevant to the purpose for which you provided consent, and we do not send more messages than are reasonably necessary to fulfill that purpose.

8. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Product Of Work does not charge you for the messages you receive, but your wireless carrier's normal message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile service plan for details.

9. How to Stop Text Messages

You may opt out of receiving text messages from Product Of Work at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you opt out, we will not send further messages covered by that opt-out unless you subsequently provide valid consent again. You may also recognize standard opt-out keywords such as UNSTOP or CANCEL where supported by your carrier.

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact Product Of Work through the support method provided on our website at /contact.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your ability to use our other services.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier filtering, network issues, or your device settings.

10. Third-Party Service Providers

Product Of Work uses third-party service providers to operate its technology infrastructure and deliver the Services you request. These providers process information on our behalf and only as necessary to provide the Services, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements. This is fundamentally different from selling or sharing your information for a third party's own marketing.

The categories of service providers we actually rely on include:

  • Messaging and voice providers — such as Twilio, used to send and receive SMS text messages and to operate our AI receptionist and call functionality. Your mobile number is shared with Twilio and downstream wireless carriers only as needed to deliver messages to you.
  • Email delivery providers — such as Resend, used to send you confirmation and notification emails.
  • Payment processors — such as Wix Payments (branded as "Base44 Payments") and Stripe, used to process payments you authorize. Payment card data is handled by these processors and is not stored by Product Of Work.
  • Hosting and platform infrastructure — the cloud platform that hosts our application, database, and files.
  • Data and enrichment services — such as Google (Places data, maps, and analytics) and, where used, business-enrichment tools, to help us provide accurate local data and better serve business clients.

For mobile messaging specifically, your mobile number and SMS consent data are not shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes, as described in the section above.

11. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — as described above, who process information on our behalf to operate the Services;
  • With your consent or at your direction — for example, when you request that we connect you with a team member or take an action on your behalf;
  • Lead referral services — as described in the dedicated section below, where you submit information through a Product Of Work lead or case-evaluation form that is designed to connect you with a service provider;
  • Legal compliance and protection — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Product Of Work, our users, or others.

12. Lead Referral and Case-Evaluation Services

Certain Product Of Work forms — such as the injury case-evaluation form — are designed to connect you with a relevant service provider (for example, a personal-injury attorney) who can evaluate and respond to your request. When you submit such a form, the information you provide, including your name and contact details, is used to facilitate that introduction so the provider may contact you about your specific request.

This referral is the service you are requesting when you submit that form, not a marketing use of your information. SMS consent on those forms is always optional and separate from the form's submission, and your mobile number and SMS consent are never sold to, or shared with, third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

13. Data Security

Product Of Work takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. The safeguards we actually implement include:

  • Access controls and authentication — user accounts are protected by secure authentication, and administrative actions are limited to authorized roles;
  • Role-based permissions — users are assigned roles (such as administrator or client) that determine what they can access;
  • Organization-level data isolation — row-level security separates each client organization's data so that one client cannot access another client's information;
  • Audit logging — significant administrative and system actions are recorded for review;
  • Secure hosting — our application and data are hosted on a secure cloud platform; and
  • Encryption in transit — data is transmitted over HTTPS.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not claim any specific security certification or compliance framework (such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or PCI) unless and until such a certification is actually in place.

14. Data Retention

We retain the information we collect only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to provide the Services you request, to comply with applicable legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to maintain security, and to support legitimate business operations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where practical, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. We do not commit to specific retention periods unless a particular retention period is required by law or configured for a specific data type.

15. Your Rights and Choices

You have choices about how your information is used. Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to or a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request that we correct inaccurate information;
  • Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Update your information directly through your portal account or by contacting us;
  • Withdraw your consent to receive text messages at any time (by replying STOP or contacting us); and
  • Opt out of marketing or non-essential communications.

To exercise any of these rights or to ask questions about your privacy, contact us at support@productof.work. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

16. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. SMS messaging features are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old, or who have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe we have collected information from a child in violation of applicable law, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

17. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to operate our website. We may also use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of our website. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

19. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our Services, or legal requirements. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date below. Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

20. Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, please contact Product Of Work at support@productof.work or through our contact page.
